Sourdough - The Ultimate Slow Food with Lachlan Campbell - Saturday 21 February

Experience bread making in its simplest form with Moonacres' school baker, Lachlan Campbell. In this four-hour Summer class you will learn all the skills you need for baking great sourdough at home in this season.

Four Chefs, Four Seasons, One Table with Moonacres & Luke Mangan - Saturday 28 February

Each season, we will host an intimate long-table lunch for twenty guests — a celebration of soil, season and story and across the year, four chefs will bring their craft to our table, each interpreting the rhythm of the land and their food.

Four seasonal workshops with Pachamama Remedies explore natural wellness, everyday rituals, and plant-based healing. Learn how to support your body through each season with practical tools, gentle guidance and grounded, holistic care.
