Sourdough - The Ultimate Slow Food with Lachlan Campbell - Saturday 14 March

Experience bread making in its simplest form with Moonacres' school baker, Lachlan Campbell. In this four-hour Autumn class you will learn all the skills you need for baking great sourdough at home in this season.

Meet the authors of Don’t Ask the Trees for Their Names at Moonacres for a warm, thoughtful evening exploring food, home and belonging. Nine Arab Australian women share stories of migration, memory and the quiet power of the shared table.

Healing with Spices with Bhavna Shivalkar Saturday 26 April

Healing with Spices explores the wisdom of Indian cooking and learning how everyday spices support digestion, immunity and wellbeing while cooking warming recipes designed to restore balance and bring flavour to seasonal eating.

Four Chefs, Four Seasons, One Table with Moonacres, Luke Mangan & Mindy Woods - Saturday 30 May

Each season, we will host an intimate long-table lunch for twenty guests — a celebration of soil, season and story and across the year, four chefs will bring their craft to our table, each interpreting the rhythm of the land and their food.
