Life can sometimes leave us feeling exhausted and out of sync with overwhelming pressures making it hard to stay centred and balanced.

We can feel this way due to increased pressures and expectations, our own health or the caring of a loved one, technology and information overload, daily responsibilities and, a desire for more authentic living. At some point the increasing pace of modern life with societal expectations around career, personal achievements and family responsibilities for both men and women, can force us to stop, or at least pause, to understand and respond to our emotions in a way that creates sustainable change and allows us to thrive.

We are experiencing a collective awakening around the importance of emotional well-being and self-care as a means of not just surviving, but thriving.Self-care is not a luxury, its essential for living an authentic fulfilling life and we have asked Katie and Tahi to join us here at the school to help us navigate our way back to self-care.

This half day workshop with Katie and Tahi is all about giving you some practises, insights and techniques to understand the origins of your emotions and how to manage them with clarity, and daily.

It's a hands-on, heart centred experience designed to help you create easy daily self-care practises that feel authentic and sustainable, and we are very aware that sometimes, it can simply be one action, one small change or one person that helps us feel reconnected and inspired. We hope we can be the place where that happens for you.

A takeaway will include recipes, a personal aroma, access to discounted products on Tahi's wellness brand Pachamama Remedies on the day, and we will watch the incredible process of how plants are transformed to plant cellular water using a copper alembic still to make your very own hydrating mist.

Katie Feder and Tahi Cody are both Robertson locals.

Katie supports women to reclaim peace, balance and joy. For most of us this is a journey from self abandonment to self support.

Through personalised support, you'll rediscover your value and rejuvenate your life, placing yourself back at the centre where you belong.  Katie's work will help you to create a path to renewed energy and fulfilment and your journey will be unique to you.

It was her lifelong fascination with emotions that led her to study Psychology at university and later earn a postgraduate qualification in Psychotherapy and Counselling. Katie continues to explore a broad range of disciplines to enrich her work. This includes studying the science of the heart with the HeartMath Institute and understanding the impact of the nervous system through neurobiology.

Katie's own journey of reclaiming her sense of self-worth has been both long and profoundly impactful, and it greatly informs how she supports others. It speaks to the distinction between knowing and knowledge. While knowledge can be acquired and taught, knowing transcends and it is deeply felt and personally understood.

Before coming into clinical practice, Katie held a fifteen-year career in the media industry, working in both London and Sydney, where she really got to dial up the pressures of modern life and all we are trying to achieve at our own expense and the impact of that on our mental and physical bodies.

Now, Katie has dedicated her life to sharing what she has learned about unconscious self-abandonment, the path to genuine healing, and, most importantly, how to move forward in a way that is both self-supporting and deeply informed.

Tahi is a herbalist, health practitioner & wellness advocate and she will guide you on simple choices that can balance & heal using plant-based medicine.
