Danielle’s food, celebrated in her book Always add Lemon is simple, uncomplicated and delicious. She describes her cooking as “seasonal” and “nourishing for the heart and soul".
Join Danielle at Moonacres School and Farm for a full-day, immersive food and farm experience like no other. On the Farm with Moonacres owner Phil Lavers you will learn about the importance of the Farmer/Chef relationship, and how the team at Moonacres care for the soil through regenerative farming. As you tour Moonacres Farm with Phil and Danielle, picking and tasting as you go, you will harvest fresh produce and learn how regenerative farming practices build amazing flavour.
Returning to Moonacres School Danielle will show you how to use this fresh bounty to cook up a feast. Danielle will lead you through a range of dishes all based on her signature style – simple and so delicious! This is an intimate class of 12 where you will learn from Danielle's experience creating memorable, generous dishes and sides, and be inspired by her knowledge and passion for great food.

You will learn:

The class runs from 9.30am to 4pm.
We begin at the School for coffee & tea, then transport you to Moonacres Farm in Wildes Meadow.
Wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes for the Farm - gumboots are a good choice!
