With nearly three decades of experience in the wellness space, she is passionate about cutting through the noise and bringing people back to the foundations of health - real food, daily rhythm, and a deeper connection to the body.

Her work centres on the powerful relationship between the nervous system and the gut, and how modern lifestyles are disrupting both. Through her signature “back to basics” approach, Therese helps people understand that true health isn’t found in extremes, but in simple, consistent habits that support the body over time.
