We would love to invite you to a progressive lunch at Moonacres farm to celebrate the launch of the latest edition of Galah Magazine, Earth.

Set against the backdrop of Moonacres thriving vegetable garden and orchard, this progressive lunch will be more than just a meal, it will be an immersion into the earth, the soil, and the soulful connections between food and people. 

With three curated food stations, guided by Phil Lavers and Annabelle Hickson, you'll savour the craftsmanship of Chef Ryan Tierney from Hearth restaurant and with every bite, you'll experience the richness of produce grown in living soil, cultivated through regenerative and sustainable practices. 

Galah has always been a canvas for stories of the Australian heartland, stories of resilience and the quiet power of rural life. Moonacres, with its deep roots in sustainable agriculture and community, shares this vision. Together, we invite you to slow down, savour, and connect. Hear about the farming of our produce, the way we nurture the earth beneath our feet and enjoy the rich storytelling of life in rural Australia, that is Galah magazine.

Earth Lunch begins at Moonacres school at 11am and will conclude by 4pm after a lunch prepared by Ryan Tierney, Head Chef, Hearth.
