Saturday 5 April
Daniela is a fierce fourth-generation chef from Abruzzo, Italy. She was born into the kitchen.
Dani grew up helping her grandmother roll gnocchi and shape sourdough for daily service in the family restaurant, Ristorante Clemente in Sulmona, together with the “commarucce” - the legendary and riotous women who made up (and still make up!) the kitchen team.
Whether she's making ravioli the way her father taught her or drawing on her life experience to create new dishes, Daniela's cooking is all about bringing people together.
Her love language is food and she's on a mission to share that love with everyone she meets. Influences include Alessandro Miocchi of Retrobottega in Rome, her father Clemente Maiorano of Ristorante Clemente in Sulmona, Franco Palermo and Gabriele Bonci.
Her energy, passion and creativity are sure to leave you inspired and hungry for more.
This beautiful experience begins at 2pm with an intimate conversation with Daniela, cooking around the bench and dinner at 6pm.
Daniela and the team at Moonacres look forward to seeing you soon.
