We are chuffed to invite you to our Pizza evening this Spring. It will be a perfect time to gather, cook and savour the simple joy of artisan pizza.
Working with sourdough .. it has a brilliant and wild energy - alive and bubbling away. You must nurture it, let it rise at its own pace and when you get it right, the results are fantastic. That chewy crispy crust, full of flavour you just can't get with anything else. It's a labour of love, but when you slice into that pizza with the perfect base, it's all worth it.
Sourdough is where tradition meets creativity, and you taste it in every bite.
We are harvesting some fresh produce from Moonacres farm, leafy wholesome greens and herbs, combining flavoursome Olsson salts and savoury oils. We are celebrating the taste and simplicity of the ingredients with the art of creating crispy and chewy sourdough pizzas. It's a hands-on experience.
Our friend Marcelo from Highlands Beer and Brewing Co will lead a tasting of his unique, locally brewed beers, each crafted to pair beautifully with our pizzas.
The experience begins and 3pm and concludes with a feast at 6pm around our shared table.
