Friday 6 December
Our Christmas cooking day with Sophie Hansen from Orange will have you preserving, baking, making and wrapping good things that you might like to replicate at home and give to the good people in your life. And in the middle of it all, we'll stop to share a light lunch and glass of bubbles. Or two.
Our menu will showcase seasonal produce. Sophie will demonstrate six different gift ideas, and as always with her classes, there'll be many opportunities to participate and make along with her. There may be some extras for everyone to take home, but the idea here is to get the recipes, the inspo and the how-tos and then head off and make up in batches at home.
This class is hands-on, very relaxed and easy, and, we hope, a lovely chance to spend the day cooking, creating, chatting and sharing good food with new friends. We love hosting them with Sophie and we look forward to cooking with you.
The class runs from 10:00am to 3:00pm and Sophie and the team at Moonacres look forward to seeing you soon.
