At Moonacres it all starts with the soil and the seasons. If you've tasted our produce from our popular weekly veggie box, or visited us at a local market, you will know what we're talking about! It's all about cooking with the finest seasonal produce.
This class is all about using fresh Spring vegetables from our farm (there's always something delicious to harvest), with a focus on generous dishes for your alfresco feast table. We will also use Southern Highlands Spring lamb from Maugers Meats.

The art of slow cooking a lamb shoulder served with a seasonal salsa verde
A focus on alfresco cooking and cooking with charcoal for flavour
An easy homemade yoghurt flatbread
