Join author and farmer, Matthew Evans for dinner at Moonacres Kitchen. We'll hear from Matthew about
his new book and offer a feast of local, seasonal produce from our incredible Highlands soil.
Meet and chat to Matthew on arrival whilst enjoying a starter beverage courtesy of Trolley'd using fruits from our farm, local Highlander Pale Ale and local spirits.
Sit down to a sumptuous dinner utilising the best produce our local growers and producers have to offer. An array of fruit & vegetables from Moonacres Farm, Duckfoot Farm, Yarrawa Estate, dairy from Pecora Cheese & The Pines, meat from Woodlands, Taluca Park Free Range and eggs from Jamberoo Mountain Farm.
During the evening, Matthew Evans will speak about soil health and his new book, and your plate will be full of the tastes and flavours that local farmers create when caring for the soil.
This is a very special food for thought event.
